Experience

  • Representation of Rentokil North America, the North American subsidiary of Rentokil Initial plc (LSE: RTO), in its acquisition of 100 percent of the issued and outstanding membership interests of Vector Disease Acquisition, LLC.
  • Represented Liberty Latin America Ltd., a leading telecommunications company with operations in Chile, Puerto Rico, the Caribbean and other parts of Latin America, in its acquisition of an 80 percent stake in Cabletica, a leading Costa Rican cable operator, from Televisora Costa Rica, S.A., for approximately $250 million.
  • Represented the Avianca group airlines in the financing of three Airbus A320-233 Aircraft and one Airbus A319-132 Aircraft.
  • Represented Linx S.A., a management software solutions provider, in its acquisition of Synthesis Group, a software developer and consultancy company, for $16 million.
