The Practising Law Institute will be hosting a CLE seminar, Understanding the Securities Laws 2017, on July 13-14 in New York.  Dennis J. Block, a Shareholder in Greenberg Traurig's the NY office, will be speaking on a panel entitled, "Securities Law Aspects of Mergers, Acquisitions and Other Corporate Transactions" at 11:15am, and will provide an overview and discussion of the basic aspects of the U.S. federal securities laws by leading in-house and law firm practitioners as well as SEC staff.
