The 2018 PLI Advanced Data Privacy, Cybersecurity Breach and TCPA Class Action Litigation Strategies and Defenses conference will feature technology tutorials designed to identify the latest threats and challenges; a year-in-review update on the latest cases; discussions of the latest class certification; motion practice and settlement trends; and techniques for valuing different types of cases.
