GT is hosting a Chicago Women in IP event on March 7 in the Chicago office. Hilarie Bass (MIA) will introduce the Grit Project, an ongoing initiative implemented by the ABA Commission on Women in the Profession. She will then lead an interactive discussion with a panel of women lawyers to explore how women can learn to be "grittier" and cultivate a growth mindset--two powerful traits that can help women navigate challenges encountered during their careers. GT’s Melissa Hunter-Ensor (BOS) will also be a speaker on the panel.
