17th Annual Rocky Mountain Intellectual Property & Technology Law Institute

GT’s Ian Ballon (LA/SV) and Francoise Gilbert (SV) will be speakers at the 17th Annual Rocky Mountain Intellectual Property & Technology Law Institute. The event will feature industry experts providing updates on IP fundamentals including patent law, PTAB, trademark/TTAB, copyright, licensing, trade secrets, data privacy and security, and internet litigation. Ian will present the 2019 Internet Update, discussing everything you need to know about the last year. Francoise will speak on the Developing and Distributing IoT Products panel, focusing on privacy and security issues, US laws regulating IoT products, GDPR and other foreign laws, and enforcement actions and litigation.
