Virtual Seminar | The Florida State University College of Law – Law & Risk Management Seminar

Florida State University College of Law students joined Greenberg Traurig Shareholder and Co-Chair of the Insurance Regulatory & Transactions Practice Fred Karlinsky for his annual Law & Risk Management course in March 2021. During the course, students had the opportunity to meet with Florida's insurance regulatory officers and leaders in Florida's administration and public finance sectors. Students also heard from Florida Legislators about the legislative process in action. Due to COVID-19 precautions, the four-day course was conducted entirely online.

Of Counsel Tim Stanfield spoke on the “Hemp and Legal Marijuana" session on Friday, February 26 and the “Legislative Panel" session on Friday, March 12.
Shareholder Richard Fidei spoke on the "Regulatory Law 101" session on Friday, February 26.
Director of Healthcare Affairs Liz Dudek spoke on the “Hot Topics in Healthcare" session on Friday, March 5.
Shareholder Barry Richard spoke on the "The Use of Technology as a Tool of Advocacy" session on Friday, March 12.
