The FAWL panel, based on the ABA book “Learning to Learn – What Really Works for Women in Law” by Gingi Eckel Vincent and Mary Bailey Cranston, will discuss the female leadership gap in the legal profession as well as potential solutions to close this gap. Gerber will speak on the panel, moderated by The Honorable Nina Ashenafi Richardson, alongside fellow women lawyers Lorna Brown Burton, Juliet Roulhac, Diana Santa Maria and Michelle Suskauer.

“This is a critical conversation for women lawyers of all ages and experience levels,” Gerber said. “I look forward to sharing my personal story and also learning from the experiences of my fellow panelists.”
