7 Greenberg Traurig Philadelphia Attorneys Recognized in 2016 Best Lawyers in America

PHILADELPHIA – Aug. 31, 2015 – Seven attorneys from the Philadelphia office of international law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP were included in the 2016 edition of Best Lawyers in America. Additionally, for the ninth consecutive year, Greenberg Traurig is top-listed by Best Lawyers in America for having more attorneys listed in the 2016 edition than any other law firm– over 350 attorneys are listed from across the firm’s U.S. offices.

David Mandelbaum, co-chair of the firm’s National Environmental Practice, is recognized as Philadelphia’s 2016 ‘Lawyer of the Year’ for Litigation-Environmental. He is also listed for his work in Environmental Law and Water Law. Mandelbaum represents clients in Superfund and hazardous waste cleanup matters, particularly contaminated sediment and natural resource damage issues. He also regularly handles permit appeals and citizen suits under the water pollution, air pollution, and solid waste laws.
