Greenberg Traurig’s Alex Scarola to Speak at Bond Buyer’s Mid-Atlantic Municipal Market Conference

PHILADELPHIA – Oct. 24, 2016 – Alexander L. Scarola, shareholder in global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP’s Philadelphia office, will moderate a panel discussion titled “How to Disclose, the Step-By-Step Process to Avoid Fraud Charges,” at the Bond Buyer’s Mid-Atlantic Municipal Market Conference, Oct. 25 at 4:30 p.m. at the Union League Club in Philadelphia.

Scarola’s panel will share their best practices for disclosure and transparency in the primary market as well as in the secondary market. With the rise of enforcement charges facing individuals, panellists will discuss the individual risk confronting elected and appointed officials.
