Greenberg Traurig Adds Emily Ladd-Kravitz to Firm’s Corporate & Securities Group in Boston

BOSTON — March 9, 2016 — Global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP has added Emily Ladd-Kravitz to its Boston office as an associate in the firm’s Corporate & Securities Practice.

Ladd-Kravitz maintains a general corporate practice with broad experience in mergers and acquisitions, follow-on public offerings, private placements, and venture capital investments. She also handles matters involving Sarbanes-Oxley and corporate governance, Exchange Act periodic reports, and disclosure requirements, as well as general securities issues. In addition, Ladd-Kravitz has represented nonprofit corporations in matters concerning formation, operation, obtaining nonprofit status at the state and local levels, and securing federal tax-exempt status. She earned a B.A. from University of Arizona (summa cum laude) and received her J.D. from Boston University School of Law.
