Greenberg Traurig Shareholder Craig Glorioso to be Recognized at Susan G. Komen Orange County Pink Tie Ball

IRVINE, Calif. – May 2, 2016 – Global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP’s Shareholder Craig C. Glorioso will be recognized as a “Pink Tie Guy” at the 10th Annual Susan G. Komen Orange County Pink Tie Ball. The event will be held May 7, 2016, at AV Irvine.

According to the gala’s website, the money raised by the Pink Tie Ball supports local programs dedicated to the community’s breast health needs, in addition to the Susan G. Komen Research Grant Program which funds cutting-edge breast cancer research globally.

The recognition of “Pink Tie Guy” is given to outstanding male community leaders who have raised breast cancer awareness within the business world, communicating the importance of a commitment to finding a cure. Over the past 10 years, Pink Tie Guys have helped influence, inform, and mobilize the community to raise funds and change the conversation surrounding breast cancer. This year, seven new male breast health advocates will be recognized with the title, joining 63 predecessors who have also provided tremendous support to Susan G. Komen Orange County.

Glorioso is deeply committed to the cause after witnessing his wife’s battle with breast cancer, and was elected to the Board of Directors of Susan G. Komen Orange County in 2014. He has continued to be an advocate for breast health initiatives, working closely with the Board to ensure that essential resources are available to all people in Orange County’s communities.

Glorioso is based in the Greenberg Traurig’s Orange County office and is a shareholder in the firm’s Real Estate Practice. His experience includes representing individuals, corporations, real estate funds, and real estate investment trusts (REITs) in all aspects of the purchase, sale, financing, and maintenance of residential, commercial, retail, hospitality, and industrial portfolios. Glorioso also advises clients in connection with originations, purchase, participations, workouts, and restructurings of senior and subordinate mortgage and mezzanine debt. Glorioso received his J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law and his B.A. from Ohio University.
