Greenberg Traurig’s Kelly Bunting Appointed Vice Chair of the ABA L&E Section’s Revenue and Partnership Development Committee

PHILADELPHIA – Oct. 3, 2017 – Shareholder Kelly Dobbs Bunting of Greenberg Traurig, LLP has been appointed Vice Chair, Employer, of the American Bar Association’s (ABA) Section of Labor and Employment Law’s Revenue and Partnership Development Committee. Bunting will serve a one-year term.

In addition to her latest appointment, Bunting is active in the ABA’s Section of Labor and Employment Law’s International Labor and Employment Law Committee and the Section of International Law’s International Employment Law Committee.

Co-Chair of the firm’s Labor & Employment Practice’s Workforce Compliance & Regulatory Enforcement group, Bunting litigates federal and state class and collective actions alleging wage and hour violations, misclassification, overtime, minimum wage, and off-the-clock work. She also defends employers around the country in single plaintiff litigation involving gender, age, disability, race, national origin, religious, and pregnancy discrimination, harassment, and retaliation; whistleblower claims; theft of trade secrets; breach of duty; breach of employment agreements and restrictive covenants. Bunting has appeared before the EEOC, the NLRB, the DOL, and many state agencies.
