Greenberg Traurig Represents American Broadband in the Refinancing of its Senior Secured Credit Facility

NEW YORK – Oct. 27, 2017 – Greenberg Traurig, LLP represented American Broadband in the successful refinancing of its senior secured credit facility. The refinancing was secured by substantially all of the assets of the company and certain of its subsidiaries.

American Broadband acquires and operates local exchange carriers, cable television systems, and related businesses in rural markets in Alaska, Louisiana, Missouri, Nebraska and Texas. American Broadband provides telecommunications solutions for both residential and business customers, including high-speed Internet and data transport through wireless technology, fiber, DSL and cable modems.

The financial terms of the transaction have not been disclosed.
