Marina I. Ross Joins Greenberg Traurigs Miami Real Estate Practice

MIAMI – June 8, 2017 – International law firm Greenberg Traurig, P.A., today announced the addition of real estate attorney Marina I. Ross as a Shareholder in the firm’s Miami Real Estate Practice.

Ross has been practicing in Florida since 2002, focusing on commercial real estate and finance transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, development, and construction. She has wide-ranging experience in the hospitality and leisure sector. She also represents developers in ground up development projects, along with real estate investment trusts (REITs) and private equity funds in a range of office, retail, and multi-family projects.

Ross’ clients include Rescore Corp., a REIT; Encore Housing Opportunity Fund II, a privately-held REIT; and Miami Worldcenter Associates. She has been involved in numerous prominent projects, such as the Miami Worldcenter and Margaritaville Resort in Orlando.

Admitted to practice in Florida, Ross was recognized in 2017 as one of the Top Lawyers in South Florida Real Estate by the South Florida Legal Guide, and was selected by the publication in 2015 and 2016 for inclusion as a Top Up and Comer.

Fluent in Russian, Ross received her juris doctorate magna cum laude from the University of Miami Law School, and received her Bachelor of Arts degree summa cum laude from the University of Mississippi. She is a member of the Dade County Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Section, the Russian American Bar Association and CREW-Miami.
