Greenberg Traurig Continues to Grow Texas Litigation Practice, Adds Cara Mittleman Kelly in Austin

AUSTIN – Oct. 8, 2018 – Global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP continues its strategic expansion in Texas with the addition of Cara Mittleman Kelly as shareholder in the firm’s Global Litigation Practice in Austin. Kelly joins the firm from Munsch Hardt Kopf & Harr, P.C., where she was a shareholder.

Kelly focuses her practice on complex business disputes, concentrating on real estate litigation, securities litigation, business torts, and breach of contract disputes, as well as advising clients on mitigating risk and streamlining internal controls. She represents clients in both the federal and state courts throughout Texas and New York as well as commercial real estate developers and landlords, oilfield equipment service companies, financial institutions, and high net worth individuals. Her real estate litigation practice includes the representation of landlords, investors, and developers in lease disputes, contract matters, and related litigation.

Kelly received her J.D. from Fordham University School of Law and her B.A. from State University of New York at Binghamton.
