Greenberg Traurig’s David Kurzweil to Moderate CFA Atlanta’s 2019 Judges Panel

ATLANTA – June 18, 2019 – David B. Kurzweil, co-chair of the Global Restructuring & Bankruptcy Practice and co-chair of the Financial Institutions Practice at global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP, will participate in the CFA/TMA Bankruptcy Panel Event, which will be held in Atlanta on June 18 at the Grand Hyatt Buckhead.

The CFA (Commercial Finance Association) is the international trade group of the asset-based lending, factoring, and supply chain finance industries, with nearly 300 member organizations throughout the United States and Canada and around the world.

Kurzweil will moderate the 2019 Judges Panel titled “Presentation on New Procedures for Complex Chapter 11 Cases.” He will be joined by Hon. Wendy Hagenau, chief judge of the United States Bankruptcy Court, Northern District of Georgia, Hon. Paul Bonapfel, United States Bankruptcy judge for the Northern District of Georgia, and Hon. James Sacca, United States Bankruptcy judge for the Northern District of Georgia.
