Shira Yoshor and Malcolm Ingram to Address ACC of Greater Philadelphia Audience

PHILADELPHIA – Oct. 4, 2021 – Shareholder Shira R. Yoshor and Associate Malcolm J. Ingram of global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP will present at the Association of Corporate Counsel of Greater Philadelphia’s Virtual 2021 Employment & Labor CLE Institute on Tuesday, Oct. 5. Power Home Remodeling Senior Counsel Daivy Pierre Dambreville also will serve as a co-presenter for the panel exploring aspects of compliance issues since the COVID-19 pandemic.

In the panel titled “From Fairy Godmother to Ebenezer Scrooge – Approaches on Addressing Nuances of Leaves and Accommodation Laws,” the Philadelphia office-based attorneys will offer attendees practical legal insights related to federal and state laws and regulations. These issues have taken on added urgency as employers continue to navigate a variety of leave requests as well as work-from-home realities and expectations since the onset of the pandemic.

Yoshor and Ingram are members of the firm’s Labor & Employment Practice. Yoshor both counsels clients and litigates a full range of federal and state employment issues.
