Greenberg Traurig Honored at M&A Advisor’s Turnaround Awards

NEW YORK – Sept. 2, 2021 – Global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP has been honored in several categories at the M&A Advisor’s 15th Annual Turnaround Awards. The firm’s attorneys were members of the teams awarded Restructuring of the Year ($500 MM- $1 B) for the restructuring of American Addiction Centers; Restructuring of the Year ($100 MM to $500 MM) for the restructuring of Vivus Inc.; and Financials Deal of the Year for the acquisition of Gateway Insurance Company by Buckle.

Oscar Pinkas led the Vivus Inc. team which included David R. Yates, shareholder, Atlanta and Sara A. Hoffman, associate, New York. Pinkas was also the lead on the acquisition of Gateway Insurance Company by Buckle which included Robert M. Lazar, associate, Boston.
