  • Advised Cromwell European Real Estate Investment Trust on its acquisition of a portfolio of 16 properties in Poland, Finland and the Netherlands for €324 million.
  • Advised Rentokil Initial on the CMA mandated divestment of part of the MPCL Limited business to Rentokil Initial and subsequent sale of MPCL Limited to ServiceMaster.
  • Advised Bracco Imaging S.p.A., an Italian manufacturer of agents and tracers used in diagnostic imaging, in the $450 million acquisition of Blue Earth Diagnostics Limited from Syncona Portfolio Limited, subject to a $25 million closing adjustment.
  • Advised The Collective in relation to the world's first large-scale co-living fund established by DTZ Investors, COLIV, which is seeking to raise in excess of £650m to build a £1bn co-living portfolio.
  • Advised M3 on the launch of its third German real estate mezzanine debt fund.
  • Advised The Riverside Company on a venture capital investment in a global fintech company.
  • Advised Aprirose Real Estate Investment in respect of multiple hotel, office, and retail acquisitions and disposals, including the £77 million sale of 3M’s European headquarters to Greenridge and the acquisitions of Marine Point Leisure and Retail Park for £42.5 million and Hampton by Hilton London Docklands for £35 million, among others.°
  • Advised the investment management arm of an international Kuwaiti bank on multiple joint venture transactions to fund real estate investments across Europe.°
  • Advised a substantial family office on direct and indirect investments both domestically in the United Kingdom and across Europe.°
  • Advised Shiva Hotels on multiple acquisitions and disposals, including the auction sale of Hampton by Hilton at Gatwick Airport to Redefine BDL Hotels.°
  • Advised Prime Investors Capital on the hotel management agreement to brand the forthcoming hotel at Admiralty Hotel a Waldorf Astoria.°
  • Seconded to Rotana Group, the Middle East’s largest entertainment group, for four months, assisting with the launch of the Al-Arab News Channel.°
  • Advised a number of U.S. broker-dealers and proprietary trading firms establishing a presence in England and drafting complex member arrangements.°
