Megan Gray is a member of the Capital Markets Practice in Greenberg Traurig’s London office. She represents issues and underwriters in connection with equity and debt capital markets transactions and advises on U.S. securities laws. She was previously seconded to J.P. Morgan and spent time in-house at Conde Nast. Megan is dual-qualified in New York and England & Wales.

  • Advised Budweiser Brewing Company APAC on its $5 billion global offering and listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, the second largest IPO in 2019.°
  • Advised Vivo Energy, a leading retailer and marketer of Shell branded fuels and lubricants, on its IPO and simultaneous dual listings on the London Stock Exchange and the Johannesburg Stock Exchange, the largest Africa-focused IPO in more than a decade.°
  • Advised on the IPOs and London Stock Exchange Listings of Bakkavor, Jimmy Choo and Poundland.°
