- Participated in the work for Value4Capital in connection with the sale of 100% of the shares in Kom-Eko to a fund whose sole and exclusive investment advisor is CEE Equity Partners.
- Participated in the work for a private equity fund in an attempted acquisition of a cloud consulting and development company.
- Participated in the work for VALOREM in connection with the signing of a cooperation agreement with T&T PROENERGY for the development of photovoltaic projects with a capacity of over 300 MW in Poland.
- Participated in the work for Polsat Plus Group in connection with the financing of the construction of the wind farm in Człuchów. The financing amounted to PLN 800 million (EUR 183.46 million).
- Participated in the work for eRecruitment Solutions, a company from the capital group of Grupa Pracuj S.A., in connection with the acquisition of all shares in HRlink from Agora S.A. and two individual minority shareholders.
- Participated in the work for PAK-Polska Czysta Energia in connection with the acquisition of a special purpose company owned by the Neoinvestment Group and responsible for the construction of a wind farm situated in Potęgowo, Słupsk and Damnica in the Pomerania Province, consisting of 23 Vestas wind turbines with a total capacity of approx. 50.6 MW.
- Participated in the work for a global corporation from the FMCG sector in connection with the attempted acquisition of a large food manufacturer in Poland.
- Participated in the work for PAK-Polska Czysta Energia in connection with the acquisition of a special purpose company owned by the Neoinvestment Group, responsible for the construction of a wind farm situated in Człuchów in the Pomerania Province, consisting of 33 wind turbines with a total capacity of approx. 72.6 MW. The planned investment will amount to approx. PLN 725 million.
- Participated in the work for Bricks Acquisitions Limited in the sale of ROBYG S.A. to a wholly owned subsidiary of TAG Immobilien AG.
- Participated in the work for Allianz in connection with the acquisition of Aviva’s operations in Poland and Lithuania for over EUR 2.5 billion. The transaction involved Aviva’s life and non-life insurance operations as well as its pension and asset management businesses. Allianz also acquired a 51 percent stake in each of Aviva’s life and non-life bancassurance joint ventures with Santander Bank Polska.
- Participated in the work for Polish subsidiary of Rentokil Initial plc, a global leader in the pest control sector, in the acquisition of 100 % of the shares in VACO Sp. z o.o., a leading Polish provider of disinfection, disinsectization and deratization services, as well as pest control and prevention solutions.
