David Hackett is a member of the Corporate Practice in Greenberg Traurig's Boston office. He focuses his practice on representing public and private companies in the biotechnology, insurance, food, retail, entertainment, and financial services sectors in complex mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance matters and financing transactions. He represents private buyers and sellers in transactions including stock and asset sales, acquisitions from bankruptcy and minority investments. David also drafts corporate bylaws, LLC agreements, purchase agreements, resolutions, certificates, assignments, services agreements, and legal opinions.
