Ray M. Hernandez

Ray Hernandez is an associate in the Real Estate Practice Group in Greenberg Traurig’s Miami office. Ray handles matters involving real estate development and construction.

Ray also has experience representing developers, private equity groups, and investors in virtually all aspects of residential and commercial development, including contract negotiation, due diligence, land use and governmental affairs, land acquisitions and dispositions, and the formation of homeowners’ associations. Ray joined Greenberg Traurig in 2020 from a national law firm.
