Donna McIntosh is a member of the Public Finance & Infrastructure Practice. She focuses her practice on public finance and public law, representing local governments, school districts, and state agencies on matters related to infrastructure, financings, and related projects.
Donna serves as bond counsel, disclosure counsel, bank counsel, borrower’s counsel, and underwriters counsel for revenue and general obligation bonds for state agencies, counties, cities, school districts, transit authorities, special districts, and nonprofit organizations. She represents political subdivisions as general counsel, advising on issues including development, procurement, elections, the Open Meetings Act, compliance, and the Public Information Act.
