Soomin Lisa Ryu focuses her practice on business immigration. She represents clients in a wide range of employment-based immigration and non-immigrant matters, including students, professionals, managers and executives, artists and entertainers, scientists, educators, athletes, and individuals of extraordinary ability. She has experience with O-1, H-1B, L-1A/B, and E-3 visas, as well as extraordinary ability (EB-1A), Outstanding Researcher (EB-1B), and National Interest Waiver (NIW) petitions. In addition, Lisa is experienced with assisting individuals seeking family-based immigration and U.S. citizenship applications.
