- Defended a professional negligence claim worth £250m brought by the joint liquidators of One Blackfriars Ltd against two partners of BDO who acted as that company’s former administrators, one of whom has since died.°
- Represented film distributor Entertainment One (recently acquired by Hasbro) in their claim against foreign exchange bank Monex for bribing ex-employees to secure foreign exchange trading business.°
- Advised Permira on the acquisition of a large portion of the stationary retailer Paperchase, which rescued the brand from administration.°
- Acting as creditor-side legal advisor of EA Partners, a special purpose vehicle set up by Etihad Airways, on the restructuring of several airlines worth $441m on a $700m bond structure.°
