Michael E. Strauch

Michael E. Strauch is a litigator and trial lawyer, who focuses his practice on complex commercial, finance, real estate, and banking disputes. He represents businesses, including Fortune 100 and 500 companies, leading financial institutions, and loan servicing companies in an array of high value and sophisticated litigation matters.

Michael litigates business disputes in both state and federal court, collaborating with clients to develop and refine individualized litigation strategies, and seeking to help clients define and pursue their legal and business objectives. He utilizes his experience across a broad array of business disputes to anticipate, identify, and address legal challenges.

Michael has resolved an array of complex legal matters involving breaches of contract, payment disputes, business interference, fraud, shareholder and partner disputes, civil theft, judgment enforcement, lender liability, commercial and residential foreclosure, consumer finance disputes, and commercial and residential evictions.

In addition to his commercial litigation practice, Michael actively volunteers as an attorney ad litem for children in Florida's foster care system.

  • Obtained a $9 million summary judgment for a regional financial institution in a hotly contested commercial foreclosure matter.°
  • Obtained a jury verdict for a governmental entity seeking to defeat claims by a judgment debtor’s that real and personal property was exempt from execution.°
