Jill E. Strawbridge has more than 20 years of real estate experience as both a lawyer and an urban planner. She represents national and international clients, including companies, REITS, investors, and developers in virtually all aspects of sophisticated real estate transactions, including the sale, acquisition, financing and leasing of commercial and residential properties. She also counsels borrowers and lenders in construction loan and mortgage transactions, companies in the real estate aspects of corporate mergers and acquisitions, and tenants in commercial lease negotiations.

  • Representation of a well-known businessman in the sale of his San Remo duplex penthouse to a rock music superstar for slightly less than the $14.9 million asking price.
  • Representation of the Middle Eastern buyer of 2 of the former Lycee Francias landmark townhouses for more than $20 million.
