2017 Texas Health Law Conference

Greenberg Traurig is sponsoring the Texas Health Law Conference, an annual event provided by the Health Law Section of the State Bar of Texas.  GT’s Sean McKenna is speaking on the panel entitled, “Enforcement 2017 – Perspectives From DOJ and the Defense” at 10:15 a.m. on Monday, October 23, 2017.  Sean’s panel also includes two federal prosecutors who handle complex civil and criminal healthcare fraud cases throughout the state and the country.  Panelists will address the key issues at the forefront of enforcement.
