Making Finance Work for Africa panel and roundtable discussion

GT Philadelphia will host a roundtable to discuss U.S. investment opportunities in public finance projects across Africa, featuring ambassadors from Liberia, the Ivory Coast, Mali, and Cameroon.

This moderated session will be presented by the Africa Institutional Investors Advisory Council, part of the NASP-USAID's project, Mobilizing Institutional Investors to Develop Africa's Infrastructure. The event comes in conjunction with the African and Caribbean Business Council of Greater Philadelphia, the U.S. Liberian Chamber of Commerce, the office of state Sen. Sharif Street, and the 44th ODUNDE Festival.

This program is part of the 2019 ODUNDE Festival Week, proclaimed as the largest street festival honoring the culture and commerce of African Americans and the African diaspora held in the United States, attracting some 500,000 to Philadelphia annually.
