AIPLA Virtual Spring Meeting

The American Intellectual Property Law Association's (AIPLA) Virtual Spring Meeting will be held May 4th - 15th, 2020. This innovative, 10 day, online event features 20 substantive CLE sessions, a lunch & learn, and numerous virtual meet-ups and happy hours.  It will deliver the same inspiring content, keynote speakers, and collaboration opportunities expected from an AIPLA Spring Meeting.  Each day there will be 2 interactive, online CLE sessions and opportunities to connect with speakers and other attendees. GT Shareholder Steve Baird (MSP) will be a speaker during the session, "Playing with Fire: Using Your Competitor’s Trademark and the Nominative Fair Use Defense: Sorting Through the Different Standards and Burdens for Applied by the Ninth, Third, Second Circuits," on Wednesday, May 6th from 12:30 - 2:00 pm.
