She addressed how to be a mentor in the legal field, including what makes a good mentorship match, how to communicate with your mentee, how mentorship can be mutual, and other tips and tricks for a successful mentorship relationship. Also joining the discussion was Ava Farshidi, founder of Avocate, a national mentorship organization that connects female law students to female attorneys.
