Webinar | On Trial, the 2020 U.S. Presidential Election

Shareholder Kevin Greenberg will join a distinguished panel of international lawyers and academics to discuss the implications for 2021 and beyond for the United States and other democracies around the world following the events and legal challenges that underscored the 2020 U.S. Presidential Election. Presented by the US National Committee of the UIA, the International Association of Lawyers, this panel will examine aspects of this election, which saw unprecedented turnout, challenges and litigation in state and federal courts across America, including the U.S. Supreme Court. Greenberg and other GT lawyers helped litigate core elements of these matters in Pennsylvania, a state deemed pivotal for the election's outcome. UIA member Ian De Freitas will moderate this panel, designed to provide insights and varied perspectives on the state of democracy in the United States and elsewhere, given upcoming elections in countries such as Germany and France.
