This program will explain the purpose and intended beneficiaries of the $2.1 billion Excluded Worker Fund created to assist those individuals who lost employment during the pandemic and were unable to avail themselves of the programs created during the pandemic. The program will describe who is eligible to receive the benefits, and the process for obtaining the benefits.
