NEW YORK (March 11, 2014) – The international law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP was selected to receive the M&A Deal of the Year (Over $1 Billion to $5 Billion) award at The M&A Advisor’s 6th Annual International M&A Awards Gala on April 8 at the New York Athletic Club. Greenberg Traurig will be recognized for its role in Platform Specialty Products Corporation (f/k/a Platform Acquisition Holdings Limited) acquisition of MacDermid, Incorporated and related entities.

The legal team for the acquisition was led by Greenberg Traurig Corporate & Securities Practice shareholder Donn A.
