Greenberg Traurig’s Nancy A. Peterman to Speak at ABI’s Mid-Level Professional Development Program

CHICAGO – Oct. 26, 2015 – Business Reorganization & Financial Restructuring Shareholder Nancy A. Peterman of international law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP will speak at the American Bankruptcy Institute’s Mid-Level Professional Development Program Oct. 28, 2015, at Jenner & Block in Chicago. Peterman will speak on a panel entitled “Business Development: From Developing a Watch List to Making the Pitch.”

ABI’s Mid-Level Professional Development Program is geared specifically toward mid-level insolvency and restructuring professionals, lawyers, and financial advisors. Featuring both technical and career-advancement sessions, the conference offers attendees an opportunity to learn critical skills from some of the country’s top judges, attorneys, financial advisors, investment bankers, restructuring professionals, and clients. Business Reorganization & Financial Restructuring Shareholder Paul J. Keenan, Jr. is a member of the program’s Advisory Board.

Peterman focuses her practice on corporate restructurings, bankruptcy, and creditors' rights law, and has a wide range of experience representing debtors, purchasers of assets, committees, and secured creditors.

Keenan focuses his practice on representing corporate debtors, banks and other lending institutions, Chapter 11 trustees, secured and unsecured creditors, and asset purchasers in out-of-court corporate restructurings and bankruptcy cases.
