Lands' End Says Deal Is Imminent In 'Made In USA' Suit

A California federal court on Thursday approved apparel company Lands' End’s request to withdraw its bid to toss a proposed class action alleging its “Made in the U.S.A.” advertising is misleading after the parties said they are finalizing a settlement.

Lands' End Inc. had been trying to shake Elaine Oxina’s suit claiming the retailer overcharged and falsely advertised its products as U.S.-made, which the court had already tossed once before, but the parties told said on Thursday that they had reached a settlement.
