CHICAGO – Feb. 11, 2016 – Global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP announced the elevation of Jonathan H. Claydon, Stephen R. Goler, and Benjamin A. Householder to shareholder in its Chicago office.
- Claydon, a member of the Litigation Practice, focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation in both federal and state courts. He represents clients in a wide array of cases, focusing primarily on contract disputes, employment litigation, trade secret litigation, real estate litigation, and consumer class actions. He earned his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Michigan Law School and his B.A. from Boston College.
- Goler, a member of the Real Estate Practice, focuses his practice on complex commercial real estate transactions. He represents and advises real estate lenders, investors, developers, and operators in a broad range of transactions, including fund formation and governance; joint ventures; acquisitions and dispositions; property management and development; and secured borrowing. He earned his J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School and his B.A., magna cum laude, from Vanderbilt University.
- Householder, a member of the Real Estate Practice, represents and advises commercial real estate investors, managers, and developers, with a concentration on private equity, in a broad range of transactions, including joint ventures; fund formation and governance; property management and development; real property acquisitions and dispositions; loan purchases and sales; secured borrowing; and leasing. He earned his J.D. from Chicago-Kent College of Law and his B.A. from the University of Wisconsin.
