CHICAGO – May 26, 2016 – Attorneys with international law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP represented the cross-border loan syndicate which made a loan to a Northleaf Capital Partners/AMP Capital joint venture for use in their acquisition of Millennium Garages in Chicago, the largest underground parking system in the United States. The syndicate was comprised of lenders from the United States, Italy, Canada, and Australia. Greenberg Traurig also represented the Australian Administrative Agent in the transaction.
