Greenberg Traurig’s Emily Ladd-Kravitz to Speak at MIT Sloan Boston Alumni Association Event

BOSTON – Oct. 2, 2017 — Emily Ladd-Kravitz, a corporate associate in Greenberg Traurig, LLP’s Boston office will be a panelist for the MIT Sloan Boston Alumni Association program, “Start-Up Law 101 Panel,” Thursday, Oct. 12, 2017. As part of the Boston Innovation and Entrepreneurship Network (BIEN) Speaker Series, the program will feature experienced Boston lawyers who will share their experiences working directly with startups and investors.

Ladd-Kravitz advises startup and growth-stage companies in all aspects of transactional work, including corporate formation, operating agreements, and governance strategies, as well as investment transactions and exit strategies. She also represents venture capital funds, private equity firms, and other institutional investors in mergers and acquisitions, private placements, minority investments, venture capital financings, and corporate governance matters. Her clients span a variety of industries including technology, life sciences, medical devices, clean energy, and sustainable solutions. Ladd-Kravitz is a frequent speaker on the corporate issues facing early-stage companies and investors.
