HOUSTON – Nov. 8, 2017 – The Houston office of global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP, has been named a 2017 Top Workplace for the eighth consecutive year by the Houston Chronicle. Greenberg Traurig was one of only two law firms included on the list of 150 businesses recognized as Top Workplaces and the only law firm to receive the award until this year. Additionally, the firm is one of only 14 companies that have made the list every year since its inception.

The 2017 Top Workplaces list was published in the November 1 issue of the Houston Chronicle. The annual Top Workplaces study invited 2,318 companies with more than 50 employees to participate and surveyed 262 of them. Over 137,000 employees received the survey during a three-month period beginning in April. Companies were chosen based on a 24-question survey completed by employees covering areas of the workplace environment including company values, internal communication, career opportunity, working conditions, quality of management and employee compensation.
