Greenberg Traurig's Michael Bonner Presents ‘Corporate Governance: Hot Topics and Preparing for Your 2019 Proxy’ at GC Roundtable

LAS VEGAS – Dec. 19, 2018 – Michael J. Bonner, managing shareholder of global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP’s Las Vegas office, gave a CLE presentation titled “Corporate Governance: Hot Topics and Preparing for Your 2019 Proxy” at a quarterly GC Roundtable co-hosted by Greenberg Traurig and Donnelley Financial Solutions (DFIN). 

The event attracted in-house counsel, c-level executives, and business owners to discuss the ever-changing legal landscape of corporate governance issues.  Bonner’s presentation explored proxy advisory service guidelines, the latest SEC updates, and hot topics in corporate governance for 2019.

Bonner concentrates his practice in the areas of corporation finance, corporate governance, business transactions, securities, and gaming. He represents clients in corporate securities and other business transactions; including acting as counsel on mergers and acquisitions, public securities offerings, private placements, and a variety of financing, acquisition, and restructuring transactions.
