Tiffany S. Fordyce, Nancy A. Peterman, and Natasha L. Wilson to Speak at Women in Law & Leadership Summit

CHICAGO – June 5, 2018Tiffany S. Fordyce, Nancy A. Peterman, and Natasha L. Wilson, shareholders with global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP, will speak at the Women in Law & Leadership Summit in Chicago June 6. Greenberg Traurig is also a sponsor of this year’s Summit, which will explore the various obstacles, risks, and rewards women encounter while working towards a fulfilling and productive law career.

Fordyce will speak on the "Mentor and Sponsorship: Creating Growth in Your Organization" panel, which will focus on how women can establish a mentorship program and how mentorship can influence others within their organization. Peterman’s panel, “Developing Your Strengths & Most Productive Workstyle,” will discuss why implementing a consistent workstyle is important to success and how to identify the resources available to develop a productive workstyle. Wilson will speak on the panel "The Current Landscape: The Silence Breakers, Pay Equity, & Creating Change," examining the current pay equity landscape for female lawyers and how current issues can be used to create awareness and change within the legal industry.

Fordyce is co-chair of the firm’s Labor & Employment Practice Workforce Compliance & Regulatory Enforcement Group and concentrates her practice on commercial litigation, with an emphasis on labor and employment. She represents employers in federal, state and administrative courts, as well as before administrative agencies.

Peterman is chair of the firm’s Chicago Restructuring & Bankruptcy Practice. She focuses her practice on corporate restructurings, bankruptcy and creditors' rights law, and has a wide range of experience representing debtors, purchasers of assets, committees and secured creditors.

Wilson is co-chair of the firm’s Labor & Employment Practice’s Complex Employment Litigation & Trials Group and co-chair of the Atlanta Labor & Employment Practice. She devotes her legal practice to representing management in all aspects of employment law, from prevention and compliance issues to arbitration and litigation.
