Greenberg Traurig Receives Accolade at 2019 Americas M&A Atlas Awards

NEW YORK – Oct. 25, 2019 – Global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP received an award at Global M&A Network’s 11th Annual Americas M&A Atlas Awards, Oct. 24, 2109, in New York. According to the Global M&A Network website, the Awards honor best value-creating deals, outstanding firms, top dealmakers, and legendary leaders from the North and South America regions.

The firm received the “Restructuring Deal of the Year (Mid-Market)” for its role in Raven Capital Management’s acquisition of film distribution rights out of the Open Road Films bankruptcy proceeding. 

The team included shareholder Nathan A. Haynes and associate Leo Muchnik.
