According to the Global M&A Network website, the Awards honor best value-creating deals, outstanding firms, top dealmakers, and legendary leaders from the North and South America regions.
The firm received the “Restructuring Deal of the Year (Mid-Market)” for its role in Raven Capital Management’s acquisition of film distribution rights out of the Open Road Films bankruptcy proceeding.
