Chinh H. Pham Named 2019 Technology Law Trailblazer

BOSTON – June 5, 2019 Chinh H. Pham, chair of Greenberg Traurig’s Emerging Technology Group, and co-chair of the firm’s Intellectual Property (IP) Group in Boston, was recognized as a 2019 Technology Law Trailblazer by The National Law Journal (NLJ). The NLJ Trailblazer award recognizes movers and shakers in the legal industry who have made an impact in their sector through new types of strategies or innovative court cases. Pham is featured in a special NLJ supplement that was published this week.

Pham is a registered patent attorney with experience in the strategic creation, implementation, and protection of intellectual property rights for technology and life science clients. He advises clients, ranging from start-ups to public companies, on the development and management of patent portfolios, the acquisition and exploitation of IP rights, and identification of risks through IP related opinions. Pham also assists start-up clients with strategies for leveraging their IP portfolio, connecting them to funding sources, and positioning them for commercial success.
