Greenberg Traurig Represents Vizient in its Agreement to Acquire Intalere

DALLAS – Nov. 11, 2020 – Global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP represented Vizient, Inc. in its agreement to acquire Intalere from Intermountain Healthcare.

Vizient, a long-standing client of the firm in its Dallas office, is known as the largest member-driven health care performance improvement company in the United States.  With this acquisition, Vizient has noted it will expand its relationship with Intermountain Healthcare to include supply chain solutions and services, in addition to clinical and cost analytics. The acquisition is expected to close in the first quarter of 2021.

The Greenberg Traurig team was led by Health Care & FDA shareholder Michael L. Malone (Dallas) and Corporate shareholder Thomas Woolsey (Dallas).
