Greenberg Traurig Santa Maria Advised Carlyle Real Estate Sgr in its First Real Estate Development in Italy

MILAN – Nov. 11 2020 – Greenberg Traurig Santa Maria advised Carlyle Real Estate SGR, on behalf of the Cer-L fund, in the development of a property in Mesero (Milan), the first development of the fund in Italy

The complex includes a logistics platform of about 49,000 square metres divided into two independent frames, dedicated to handling and storage activities, and an area of more than 1,000 square metres for office space.

The Greenberg Traurig Santa Maria team was led by partner Marzio Longo, with senior associate, Paolo Bolis, and trainee Davide Mollica.
