Greenberg Traurig advises BEOS on the sale of the IT and business park "Osthafen" in Frankfurt

Greenberg Traurig advised BEOS AG, the leading asset manager and project developer of corporate real estate in Germany, on the sale of the IT and business park "Osthafen" in Frankfurt-Ostend. The buyer is the main tenant Interxion, a provider of cloud- and carrier-neutral data center services for colocation. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.

The industrial park consists of eight buildings. The rental space is approximately 43,000 square metres and is currently used by 21 tenants, mostly from the IT and telecommunications sectors.

Greenberg Traurig provided legal advice to BEOS on all aspects of the transaction.
