NEW YORK – July 10, 2020 – Global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP  represented Black Dragon Capital, LLC in its acquisition of Grass Valley, a leading technology supplier of advanced broadcast and media solutions, with operations in over 20 different jurisdictions worldwide, from Belden, Inc. The transaction was signed by the parties on February 4, 2020 and closed on July 2, 2020.
