One of the warehouses is under construction. The buyer, a company that is part of the EQT Exeter group, was assisted by a Greenberg Traurig Santa Maria legal team composed of partner Federico Barbàra and associate Valentina Bartolini. Bomi Group S.p.A operates in the logistics and management of high-tech products for health protection.
