Greenberg Traurig Santa Maria assists client in the sale & lease-back of a logistic real estate portfolio near Cremona

MILAN - October 7, 2021Bomi Group S.p.A, an Italian multinational company announced a sale and lease-back transaction of a real estate portfolio consisting of seven warehouses near Cremona and used, inter alia, for the storage of biomedical products. One of the warehouses is under construction. The buyer, a company that is part of the EQT Exeter group, was assisted by a Greenberg Traurig Santa Maria legal team composed of partner Federico Barbàra and associate Valentina Bartolini. Bomi Group S.p.A operates in the logistics and management of high-tech products for health protection.
